Ownership of creative assets and deliverables produced during a client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.

No results are guaranteed. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, offer, and the policies of third-party platforms. Any metrics, case studies, or examples shown on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee comparable outcomes.

Fees, payment terms, scope, and cancellation rights are set out in your individual service agreement.

Our services involve third-party advertising and analytics platforms (for example, Meta and Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. The Site may also link to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VP Medical Marketing and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VP Medical Marketing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
